Membership Payments

We are making some changes to payments that all members must be aware of:

  • We are now going cashless. Cash is no longer accepted, it has become too difficult to manage
  • We accept cheques or money orders made out to Club de Tir Chaleur Shooting Club Inc. sent to P.O. Box 20059, Bathurst, NB, E2A 4V7
  • We also accept EMT’s (Interac e-transfer) sent to our email address: club-chaleur@outlook.com
  • Each & every year a new membership application MUST be filled out, NO exceptions. This is to ensure we have accurate and current information for all club members. The easiest way to do this is via our website
  • Upon receipt of the membership form & payment, only then will a membership card be mailed out by Canada post. Allow 7 to 10 days for it to arrive
  • If you require rush application processing, there is a $20.00 surcharge
  • There is a $20.00 processing fee for all applications received via mail or telephone (there is no charge for applications submitted via our website)
  • Membership cards will not be available for pickup or purchase at the AGM meeting, they will be mailed out at a later date
